Alan Wallace
Alan Wallace is a world-renowned teacher of Shamatha (also known as Mindfulness) and Dzogchen meditation. He has taught for many decades, including regular retreats hosted by Vajrayana Institute, Sydney. The video below is an introduction to a Shamatha retreat that he led in 2019 and comprises a talk, followed by a 15 minute guided meditation at the end of the recording.



Wai Cheong Kok
Wai Cheong is a warm, experienced and highly qualified teacher of Buddhism and meditation. Here he guides us in two meditations on the theme of Control, helping us to release our concepts and stresses.



Venerable Pema Chodron
Venerable Pema Chodron is a Buddhist nun, well-known for her message of peace and compassion conveyed through her many popular books and teachings. Here she leads a guided meditation on Mindfulness Awareness.



Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche
Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche is a well known meditation teacher. In this short mindfulness meditation he guides us through a meditation on the Body, Space, and Awareness.



Sharon Salzberg
Sharon Salzberg has made Buddhist meditation accessible and popular for Western students. Here she leads a short guided mindfulness meditation.
