Deity Practices

Deity yoga engages creative visualisation as a skillful means of personal transformation. The practitioner visualises a chosen deity as part of a mandala in order transform their experience of reality. The deities used in tantric practice are a manifestation of our pure Buddha nature. As the 14th Dalai Lama says, “In brief, the body of a Buddha is attained through meditating on it.”
