Mind Training: the Great Collection

Death could come any minute so transform your life into Dharma.

Kyabje Lama Zopa Rinpoche

The Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in intense suffering through hundreds of thousands of deaths across the globe and severe economic deprivation, and has put a huge strain on our social and financial support systems. Compiled in the fifteenth century, Mind Training: The Great Collection is the earliest anthology of a special genre of Tibetan literature known as “mind training,” or lojong in Tibetan. The principal focus of these texts is the systematic cultivation of such altruistic thoughts and emotions as compassion, love, forbearance, and perseverance.

Geshe Tenzin Zopa will be providing regular teachings throughout the COVID-19 pandemic that will be livestreamed on Sundays and will also be available afterwards on FPMT Australia’s YouTube channel.
