Finding Spiritual Realisations in our Modern Times

“In spite of our busy modern lifestyle and multipe commitments, we are capable of experiencing profound shifts in perspective that clarify what is happening and offer us creative responses conducive to greater happiness. To enable this possibility for such realisations, we need to gather the favourable conditions in our daily life and invest time and energy to foster such shifts. In this workshop we will look at these conditions and explore through guided meditations how they might work for us.”

Wai Cheong is teaching this Sunday 25 September 2022 from 10am to 3pm. Places are filling fast, so please book early. We are extremely lucky to have Wai Cheong be part of the regular monthly program for our centre, now we’re set up in our new space at 116 Bathurst Road Katoomba.

The workshop will feature brief explanations, guided meditations, and time for Q&A.
