MINDFULNESS MEDITATION In-Person (Brisbane)

These classes are offered weekly on Thursdays in the beautiful atmosphere of Langri Tangpa Centre’s meditation hall, and aim to help develop a peaceful, calm mind. Experienced teacher, Eddie Peet, will lead mindfulness meditations that also help deal with stress and overcome disturbing emotions. Discover how to set a comfortable posture, practice mindful breathing, and enjoy simple calming meditations.
These classes can be enjoyed by anyone, Buddhist or non-Buddhist, beginner or experienced meditator. Each class includes a relaxing body scan, dissolving of tension, breath meditations and mindful awareness. There will also be time for questions and discussion.
