Drop in meditation open to everyone, no experience required. This is a relaxed class that will help you gain the skills to become more familiar with your mind.
Regular meditation can reduce stress, reduce anxiety, enhance mental health, improve concentration, improve self awareness and helps us to generate more positive mind states, so we can be more kind and compassionate with ourselves and with others. By donation at the door
