DISCOVERING BUDDHISM – TRANSFORMING PROBLEMS (Eudlo In-Person & Online)

To transform problems into happiness, we must first reject the attitude of not wanting things to go wrong. Things are always going wrong, and it is utterly useless to be unhappy when they do so, because, if the problem can be fixed, we do not need to be sad.
ABOUT TEACHER:
Ven. Pema was ordained by our spiritual director Lama Zopa Rinpoche in 2010. She completed Discovering Buddhism in 2005, and has successfully completed all Basic and Master Program subjects over the last 12 years.
