THE SPIRITUAL TEACHER Online and In-Person (Perth)
Although true spiritual experience comes through our own hard work and development, a good teacher is essential. We rely on a qualified teacher to show us the way to understanding, in the same way that we rely on an experienced guide to get us through unfamiliar territory.
In this 8-week Discovering Buddhism Sunday class, we investigate the role of the teacher on the spiritual path. We will also look at the qualities of a teacher and of a student, how to avoid common mistakes and how to cultivate a teacher-student relationship for the greatest benefit in our spiritual practice.
All are welcome. Casual attendance by donation but will not include course material
These classes will be available on Zoom as an option to registered students only. The link will be emailed closer to the date to those who have booked and paid online.
