LEARN TO MEDITATE Online and In-Person (Adelaide)

Beginning simply, with a gentle focus on mindfulness of the breath, these Monday evening classes are suitable for students of any level. The basic technique can lead to a greater awareness in daily life, as well as providing additional benefits for relaxation, stress reduction and contentment.
These classes are available ONLINE where they are streamed from our Facebook page, or in person at Buddha House in Adelaide. (You can also catch up with past meditation classes on our Facebook page too.)
Classes are led by experienced senior Buddha House practitioners, Monday evenings from 6pm – 7pm Adelaide, Australia time.
